Composite Sheets

Composite sheet is a thin one-part fire barrier composite system that contains four components. These are designed by experts to seal larger penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. These are also used for shielding cable trays and conduit, HVAC ductwork and vital process equipment from radiant heat, flame spread and smoke. Its fire rating is up to 4 hours. It is an organic/inorganic electrometric sheet, which is bonded on one side to a layer of 28-gauge galvanized steel and the other side is reinforced with steel-wire mesh covering with aluminum foil.

Caulks

A fire barrier caulk is used to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, toxic fumes and moisture for up to four hours. These are re-enterable/repairable and suitable for both joint and through-penetration application.


Sealants

Shri Balaji Agencies brings you an exclusive gamut of fire stop sealants. These are extensively used by customers to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, toxic fumes and moisture. Our sealants are used for both joint and through-penetration applications and are available in no slump and self-leveling as well.


Mortars

Mortars are used to stop fire in walls and floors. This lightweight cementitious substance bonds to concrete, wood, metals, plastic and cable jacketing. It is used as a powder by mixing with water and cement. These are resistant to common concrete poisons than PC-bound products.


Pass-Through Devices

Pass-through devices are specially designed for the high traffic areas where cables are constantly being added and removed. 3M Fire Barrier Pass-Through Devices are best to prevent fire spread or smoke, where electrical, data, communications cable or pipes pass into floor or wall.


Pillows

Our pillow intumesces is for stopping smoke, fire and toxic gases from spreading in the next room or next floor for the fixed time period.


Putty

It is a one-part, halogen-free product, which is designed to fire stop electrical outlet boxes and through-penetrations that includes cable, insulated pipe and metal pipe, conduit, which penetrate fire-rated construction.


Sprays

These fire stop sprays are widely used to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, toxic fumes and moisture. These are rated for up to four hours. Elastomeric properties of this product range make it best for dynamic construction joints and gaps and accommodate vibration from normal building movement.


Flexible Intumescent Seals

Flexible intumescent seals are efficient to seal air space like doors, frames, windows, etc to prevent the passage of flame and smoke.
